JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a House manager in a newly built luxury home. The start date would be ASAP. legal to work in Spain language either English, Spanish is a must. Hold a valid driver's license and be able to drive for errands and transportation needs to use the property car. The position could be lived in or lived out depending g of candidate preferences Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the property Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a high-end, private residence. - Native or Fluent English, Native or Fluent Spanish - EU passport - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - High level of discretion and confidentiality. - Ability to work independently. - Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and priorities. - Willingness to undergo a background check and provide references upon request.The House Manager needs to be able to travel between Milan and Mallorca several times per year to bring the car over along with the dog. . Regularly inspect the house for any issues and coordinate repairs and maintenance with appropriate professionals. 9. Manage trades and liaise with contractors for regular maintenance. 10.
