Leticia first came to Mallorca in 1988 and returned in 1998 to live here. She started in the yachting industry 30 years ago when she met her husband. After starting as a housekeeper, she quickly moved through the ranks to become a Chief stewardess serving high profile clients, from heads of state to business tycoons. "I'll tell you over a coffee one day."
Leticia made the move into recruitment in 1998 and successfully built up her network of clients and candidates over time. "When I first started in the industry all I had was a telephone, a fax machine and the CV's on my desk"
After 20 years Leticia continues to be the managing director of the oldest Palma based worldwide recruitment agency drawing on years of experience and connections.
